The Property Coordinator is responsible for lease administration and day-to-day operations within the Facilities Department. Also, the Property Coordinator works with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and in compliance of lease agreements.
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible); Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for commercial property managers, portfolio managers, building operators at Factors Group’s leased locations.
- Review existing lease agreements to address financial, operational, or administrative issues reported by occupants at the leased locations.
- Liaise with government authorities concerning matters related to city bylaws, public works and special government development projects affecting Factors’ sites.
- Schedule and coordinate contractors’ work at the facilities Provide notice to internal stakeholders of work progress and support resolution of issues that arise.
