Description:

Responsibilities:
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Recovery and Commercial Property Damage department, they are seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to work alongside its existing team.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in property insurance litigation, specifically subrogated recoveries.
The successful lawyer will handle a caseload and also assist the Partner on cases to £Multi-Million of Household and Commercial Property damage cases from a selection of the team’s well known insurers. The cases arise from a wide range of claims involving product liability, breach of contract, negligence, nuisance and insurance coverage disputes.
This firm is highly regarded for their insurance work of the upmost severity with setting ground breaking cases.
