Description:

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Property Director to oversee capital plans across our UK and European portfolio. This role involves managing high-value projects, including new developments, renovations, and refurbishments, valued between £70-£100 million.
You’ll lead a talented internal team, collaborate with global hotel brands, and work alongside external professional partners to deliver top-tier property projects aligned with Valor’s values and standards.

  • Spearhead the planning and delivery of capital programs, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Lead a skilled team of property professionals, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
