REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years experience in Real Estate Investment, preferably in the hospitality sector, experience from a developer, bank, Investment Manager, Private Equity or similar business’
  • Strong financial modelling skills in Excel - Advanced quantitative/analytical skills, able to deal confidently and accurately with large and complex datasets
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to apply commercial judgement to support key strategic decision-making
  • Strong academic background
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK residential property market
  • An understanding of capital structures and financial instrument

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out due diligence, financial analysis and modelling to support investment decisions
  • Appraising and analysing joint venture agreements
  • Support in preparing in-depth and formal proposals to IC
  • Support the acquisitions team in negotiating, structuring, closing and funding deals.
  • Conduct market research to inform investment strategy
  • Be an active member in the on-going strategy for acquisitions and growth
  • Support with information in internal strategy meetings around acquisitions
  • Produce and update materials and client presentations on a timely and ad hoc basis
  • Conduct client analysis to support fundraising / client retention / business growth
  • Preparing investment reports for investors
