Join WA’s largest and one of WA’s pre-eminent Property & Leasing teams, working closely with Partner, Tim Morgan. The team acts predominantly for land developers and landlords handling the acquisition and disposal of land, subdivision and development, joint ventures, the financing of projects and retail and commercial leasing.
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute lawyer with 5+ years’ post admission experience in property within a commercial firm.

You will be involved in a range of complex and challenging matters, including:

• High rise developments and Strata titles;
• Joint ventures, equity and debt funding arrangements;
• Acquisitions and disposals of land;
• Land subdivision and development;
• Property due diligence and tax advice;
• Retail and commercial leasing;
• Advising on general commercial matters relevant to land transactions.

You will be engaged in stimulating and rewarding work, within a high performing and collaborative team.
