Property Lettings and Revenue Lawyer
Liverpool

We have an exciting position available within our Property Lettings & Revenue Team based in our Liverpool Office.
This role will involve working on a range of matters to include drafting and reviewing tenancies, drafting contracts and agreements, notices and Court applications, possession claims, revenue recovery, defended claims and other matters, such as delivering industry training and updates on the law.
Suitable candidates will be experienced in this type of work and will be able to undertake a caseload with little supervision. You will have support from our wider team in Southampton whilst you build up the offering in our Liverpool office.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right person. Not only will you be our first Property Lettings and Revenue lawyer in our Liverpool office, you will have the opportunity to develop the department and build a team as you build our presence (with the support of our business development managers and wider team).
Naturally, you will be an excellent communicator and will share our desire to provide the best level of service to clients.
