We provide services to residential and commercial property owners as well as condominium developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers
  • Mailing, printing, copying, and filing of documents
  • Appropriate communication with both internal and external customers
  • Maintaining email/mailing distribution lists
  • Accounts Receivable – collection, recording, reporting and follow ups.
  • Accounts Payable – process monthly payments
  • Invoicing – producing and distributing invoices for payment.
  • Regular coordination with Board of Directors for payment authorization.
  • ISC filing, WCB reporting, ORT filing, Preparation of Schedule C and Estoppel documents.
  • Coordination and communication with contractors.
  • Weekly reporting to the Property Management team
  • General Data Entry
  • Other administrative duties as needed
