DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

3rd level qualification ideally in business or real estate.
Experience in commercial property management
Understanding of Landlord and Tenant Legislation
Full drivers’ licence, PSRA licence and working towards becoming chartere

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE / LOCATION

Location: Molesworth St, Dublin
The successful candidate will be joining an established team within the property management department. This specific role is to assist a team in managing a portfolio of commercial properties while working closely with and assisting the Property Managers and Facilities Managers to deliver a complete property management service.
We are looking for a candidate with drive and growth potential whom the business can grow around, who will be supported by the more experienced members of the team. They will have previous experience of working in a busy environment and be able to provide a high level of service to, and establish rapport with, clients, tenants, and colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing Landlord and Tenant interaction
  • Assist in setting service charge budgets in conjunction with our Facility Management team
  • Assist our Accounts team to ensure all demands are raised in line with the provisions of each lease and any tenant arrears are tracked and closed out
  • Reporting to Clients
  • Managing a lease database to ensure tenant details are uploaded correctly
  • Ensure property files are maintained and kept up to date
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Dealing with day to day general maintenance issues
  • Conducting site inspections
  • Handling owner and tenant queries
