QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • General maintenance experience
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
    Ability to be on-call

Responsibilities:

  • Painting, drywall repair
  • Flooring installation
  • Completing work orders in a timely manner
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • Lock installation and repairs
  • Maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Minor plumbing and carpentry
  • Appliance installation and repairs
  • Responsible for inventory control
  • Working with other service technicians
  • Emergency, after hours maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned/ needed
  • Provide after-hours emergency service for the department.
