Description:
Boutique and rapidly growing office looking for their next motivated and enthusiastic superstar to join a successful and dynamic team.
As an experienced Property Manager, you will be required to work the day to day activities of the portfolio. Including but not limited to; client liaison, routine inspections, lease renewals and rent increases, VCAT attendance minimally, maintenance and arrears management.
This would be an ideal role for a proficient property manager, ready to take the next step, or for a property manager who has a real desire to build a successful and rewarding career and who wants to learn and grow within our group.
