We are looking for Property Case Handler to join our Corporate Property Services team in Bracknell.
Salary: £25000 + Bonus up to £5,200

As full training will be given, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will be managing a caseload of 60-70 properties on the behalf of lenders, you will manage the process from the initial marketing of the property to completion of the sale. You will be liaising and building relationships with Estate Agents, Surveyors & Conveyancers, this will enable you to understand the key stakeholders who shape the UK property market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PROPERTY CASE HANDLER
- Liaising with Estate Agents and RICS Valuers to understand the value of each property, local market conditions and challenging any disparities in value. This will enable you to recommend a suitable Asking Price and Achievable Price for the property.
- Drive and encourage proactivity from your appointed estate agents, creating a marketing strategy that is appropriate to your clients’ needs to achieve the best results for all parties involved.
- Actively progress each property sale through proactive liaison with the Estate Agent and Solicitors to ensure each milestone in the property conveyance is met without undue delay.
- As no two properties are the same, therefore adhoc activities will be required to ensure the best outcome to all parties that are concerned.
