We specialize in providing comprehensive property management services to commercial property owners and tenants, delivering exceptional value and maximizing investment returns.
We are currently seeking a Property Manager to join our Driven Properties team . The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, maximizing occupancy rates, and optimizing property performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, preferably in UAE.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics related to commercial properties.
- Proven track record of success in leasing, tenant relations, and property operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI).
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial facilities, in accordance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for all property-related matters.
- Oversee leasing activities, including tenant negotiations, lease renewals, and new lease agreements, to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance assessments to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers to address property maintenance and repair needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance analyses, providing insights and recommendations to optimize property performance and investment returns.
- Enforce lease terms and property rules, respond to tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and legal requirements.
