Responsibilities:
As our new Property Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our properties. This includes:
- Occupancy & Marketing: Drive occupancy goals and enhance resident retention. Participate in leasing and marketing efforts.
- Management: Lead your team effectively, resolve tenant complaints, enforce lease agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintenance: Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely unit turnarounds.
- Financial Management: Prepare and monitor budgets, ensure financial viability, and manage expenditures.
- Supervision: Guide and support your team, conduct evaluations, and handle staffing needs.
