Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Property Manager. This integral role involves delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to the Clients. Be responsible for smooth operations of multiple facilities with highest standards of hospitality and speed of response to exceed Clients’ expectations accurately every time.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the real estate sector is highly desirable.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with tenants and staff.
Proficiency in financial management, including budget preparation and financial reporting.
Familiarity with property management software and tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities:
Property Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of properties, ensuring that all facilities function optimally and maintenance issues are resolved promptly.
Client Relations and Satisfaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and queries to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Financial and Budgetary Oversight: Develop and manage property budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising service quality.
Lease Administration and Compliance: Oversee lease agreements, ensure compliance with terms and conditions, and coordinate lease renewals and terminations efficiently.
Team Coordination and Management: Manage and motivate the property management team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and development.
Risk Management and Safety Protocols: Implement safety procedures and risk management strategies to ensure a secure environment for tenants and staff.
Standing-In: Responsible to deliver working in Executive Housekeeper’s position and must be fully capable to execute all responsibilities with full ownership and without any affect on the operations.
