EXCITING OPPORTUNITY: PROPERTY MANAGER AT QUINN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Due to significant growth in our Lettings and Block Management services, Quinn Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Property Manager to join our expanding team. As one of the largest property services companies in Munster and the Mid-West region, we offer expertise across a variety of areas, including Block Management, Lettings, Sales, and Valuations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • PRSA license (or ability to obtain one based on meeting the minimum qualification requirements).
  • Ideally, a 3rd level qualification in Property, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in property management or a similar role.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in the Mid-West region. You will collaborate with the Lettings team and coordinate maintenance, inspections, and other essential tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient service for both landlords and tenants.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including block management and lettings.
  • Coordinate and manage maintenance tasks for residential rental properties and blocks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on necessary actions.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the Lettings team to manage property viewings and tenant communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers.
