Property Manager

We are in search of a Property Manager to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will manage diverse property-related tasks, including rent collection, property inspections, and violation issuance. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Property Management industry.

• Oversee the daily operations of the property, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage rent collection processes, ensuring timely payments from tenants.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Issue violation notices when necessary, following up to ensure compliance.
• Handle Housing Authority paperwork, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Liaise with the property supervisor for any escalated issues or concerns.
• Monitor and manage property maintenance needs, coordinating with service providers as necessary.
• Ensure accurate record keeping for all property-related activities and transactions.
• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth operations across the property.
• Assist in the recruitment process for new roles within the property management team as needed.

• Prior experience of at least one year in Property Management
• Must be proficient in the use of property management software
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Proactive with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Must possess strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
