We partner with leading developers to provide premier properties for both personal and investment purposes. Our milestone team consists of leading brokers in the Dubai real estate market who are committed to understanding and meeting the needs of our clients.
We are looking for a motivated real estate agent.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least one year of successful sales experience or experience in client service;
• Optimistic mindset and high level of empathy;
• Strong communication skills;
• Willingness for continuous learning and development;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English at least intermediate level;
• Current based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations (offline, online), make direct sales;
• Identify and present suitable real estate options based on client preferences;
• Coordinate transactions and document flow for transactions;
• Develop your personal brand and social networks with the help of our marketing specialists;
• Simplify transaction processes and ensure proper documentation;
• Development of a personal brand and comprehensive customer support at all stages of the transaction.
