WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Bachelor Degree/Diploma from a recognized college or university is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer and related technology skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results oriented
  • No experience is required, however, experience in a supervisory or management role is an asset
  • Knowledge of Property Management procedures/law is an asset
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license
    A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance are required for the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff in the performance of their day-to-day responsibilities
  • Foster positive working relationships with and among reporting staff
  • Responsible for managing NOI and CAPEX budget in your portfolio
  • Ensure that your portfolio is operating safely and efficiently
  • Ensure that accurate, timely, and complete documentation is maintained
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Be available Monday to Friday during the day as well as on call for emergency situations
  • Other responsibilities as required
