Hatch Brenner Solicitors has an opening for a proactive, confident, and structured individual to join our residential conveyancing team, as a Paralegal. In role, you will undertake routine conveyancing work, supporting our fee earners and eventually managing your own caseload. Responsibilities include providing quotations, undertaking necessary searches, liaising with estate agents, producing standard contract documentation, assisting with enquiries, dealing with completion and post-completion tasks. You will ideally understand the whole transaction of buying and selling property rather than only specific elements of either buying or selling. At Hatch Brenner our property fee earners are involved in transactions from beginning to end and we do not split teams into specific transaction stages.
You will also play a role in contributing to the departments marketing efforts, helping to enhance the firms reputation and business.
