Property Paralegal

We have an opportunity for a paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Property Law either in residential conveyancing or commercial property.
The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and have excellent technical, interpersonal and IT/case management skills, with the ability to review Title documents and Searches and to draft the appropriate reports to clients for approval by the Fee Earner.
Excellent time management abilities and able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Good client care skills and ability to take clear and concise client instructions and to provide some advice and updates on the progression of their transaction in a professional manner.
Salary dependent on experience.
