As our Infrastructure and Residential projects continue to thrive, we’re excited to add another Project Manager to the team, focusing on private and social housing. This is your chance to work at the forefront of residential development, bringing your expertise to a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will also work on substantial government department projects, providing variation to the workday and multi-sector exposure.
You’ll work closely with our Senior Project Management team in London, playing a pivotal role in overseeing projects and liaising with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams across Tetra Tech. This is an exciting opportunity to influence key projects and help deliver solutions that make a difference.

We are seeking a passionate high performing Project Manager who can demonstrate a flexible management skillset:

  • A leader with the ability to empower and inspire others to deliver successful outcomes
  • A collaborative team manager who will work with the whole project team to develop objectives and agree ways of working
  • Experienced in managing JCT and NEC 3/4 contracts ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract
  • Monitors progress against the schedule managing resources against the baseline and identifies variances that require action
  • Monitors financial performance throughout the project and prepares reports for stakeholders
  • Preparation of the Risk Management plan and process to identify threats and opportunities, assessing the impacts to develop suitable response plans
  • Manages the consistent application of quality assurance processes and standards
  • Able to establish and maintain governance structures that define clear roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for governance
  • Develops and disseminates a stakeholder management and communications plan to meet the objectives of the project.
  • Establish and manage review points, which will inform governance and provide evaluations of progress.
  • Manage the change control process in line with the contract conditions.
  • The ability to define, evaluate, track and realise the business benefits of project
