Our client is a thriving estate agent based in the heart of Worcestershire that prides itself on providing excellent service to their clients. They are currently looking for a motivated Property Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating detailed property listings, including 360-degree video tours, and supporting our sales team with various administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and precise data entry skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Focused: Friendly and professional manner, comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • IT Proficiency: Competent in using MS Office, internet, email systems, and property management software.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is essential, although experience in the property industry is not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Property Listings: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date property details across various platforms.
  • 360-Degree Video Tours: Create engaging 360-degree video tours for properties.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and informative responses.
  • Coordinate Viewings: Arrange and manage property viewings, liaising between prospective buyers/tenants and our agents.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation of sales memos, and other relevant documents.
  • Administrative Support: Support the sales team with administrative duties, including diary management, meeting coordination, vendor and purchaser ID, and office maintenance.
  • Data Management: Maintain organised records of all properties, transactions, and client communications.
