Are you a South African looking for an opportunity to join a company in Kuala Lumpur as a Business Developer in the property sector?
This role is ideal for self-motivated professionals with a background in property or insurance sales. You would be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team to connect individuals with prime UK properties.
Please note that interviews for this role will only be held in August 2024.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Valid passport
Willingness to relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and adapt to a shared living situation for the 3-month probation period.
Proven sales experience, preferably in property or insurance sectors.
Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and products such as Waalaxy, and Lusha.
Excellent English communication skills; to effectively communicate with British clientele.
Strong work ethic with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Engage with potential clients through LinkedIn and cold calling to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
Present and explain property investment opportunities to prospective clients.
Organize and invite potential investors to sales events and property showcases.
