Description:
If you love to be on the road and have knowledge in real estate or construction this is an excellent opportunity for you! We are assisting a well-respected client hire a property scout to inspect the condition of properties and submit proper documentation back to management to support business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to grow and can be a great foot in the door if you’re interested in property management. Responsibilities:
Travel to locations to conduct on-site evaluations and gather detailed information on properties using our proprietary online systems.
Work with the Acquisition Specialist to develop best practices and organize scouting schedule.
Maintain accurate records of all properties scouted and provide regular updates to the team.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Prior knowledge of construction or real estate industry
Ability to drive long distances safely and efficiently
Comfortable with extensive travel and working independently on the road
Ability to attend training sessions and meetings remotely
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with office productivity software and zoom
