YOUR PROFILE

• Technician background or similar experience
• Prior experience in data centre maintenance or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including HVAC systems, UPS systems, generators, and electrical systems
• Proficiency in using data centre monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with data centre security protocols and regulations is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of company personnel

As a Property Technician (f/m/d), you are a specialist in providing various facility support services to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the data center. Maintenance and support for non-technical services within the facility are tasks you handle with precision and ease. Cleaning, janitorial services, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and supervising cleaning activities are just some of the facility maintenance activities and internal service requests you manage.
