Description:
We are currently hiring a Proposal Coordinator/Specialist for our team at Fast + Epp. In this role, you will work with the leadership group and act as the main point-of-contact for preparing and coordinating proposals across North America. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. As part of the Marketing & Business Development team, the Proposal Coordinator/Specialist works closely with internal and external stakeholders to compile key project experience, keep our CRM and Project Database updated, and ensure our content library is up-to-date. This role reports directly to the Manager of Marketing and Business Development.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing and interpreting RFQ/RFP/SOQ documents and requests to determine requirements for successful proposal submissions.
- Communication with North American business development team to ensure deadlines are adhered to, and relevant information is tracked in our CRM.
- Coordinate, write, proofread, and format content, ensuring proposal requirements are being adhered to.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of resumes, project profiles, presentations, and proposal materials, while following brand standards.
- Provide support to the BD team through updates to presentations, qualification packages, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development Manager to continually evolve and improve departmental process.
