A Leading Heat Exchange & Cooling Systems Manufacturing company is looking for Proposal Engineer in Ajman, UAE

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas and Power Plant industries, with a demonstrated track record in supplying Fin Fan Coolers, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, etc.
  -Proficient in thermal design utilizing HTRI software and mechanical design of heat exchangers using PV Elite. Sound knowledge of ASME codes and industry standards is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts, interact with clients, and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex requirements, assess feasibility, and propose viable solutions.
• Capable of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of cooperation, innovation, and excellence.

  Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• analyzing the Quotations: 8 years (Required)
• Proposal Engineer with Heat exchangers industry in the UAE: 8 years (Required)
• preparing proposal for Oil & Gas and Power Plant sectors: 8 years (Required)

• Thoroughly analyze client Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and project specifications to ascertain technical requirements, project scope, and deliverables.
• Conduct preliminary thermal and mechanical design assessments utilizing specialized software tools such as HTRI for thermal design and PV Elite for mechanical design.
• Develop accurate cost estimations for proposed solutions, considering materials, labor, overheads, and other pertinent factors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compile comprehensive proposals encompassing technical specifications, commercial terms, project timelines, and contractual obligations.
• Proactively engage with clients to address technical clarifications, queries, and concerns throughout the proposal evaluation process, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
• Continuously liaise with client’s post-proposal submission, diligently following up on outstanding matters, negotiating terms, and facilitating the contract award process.
