Take the Lead: Craft and Shape Our Proposal Strategy as a Proposal Manager Join us as a Proposal Manager and lead a pivotal role in the Sales phase to ensure the closing of our opportunities and have a significant impact to our business. This position uniquely integrates commercial insight with cutting-edge technology. You’ll thrive in an interdisciplinary environment, being responsible for quality, accuracy, and timing of the Proposal by actively collaborating and contributing to the process, aiming to secure an agreement with our customers.   • You are responsible for the overall opportunity management and lead the proposal process by driving the opportunity team.
  • You plan and coordinate opportunity schedules, liaising with diverse stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliver competitive proposals.
  • You challenge and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, comprehensive proposals for our customers.
  • You oversee risk management and process quality, ensuring precise Sales Project Calculations.
  • You maintain structured documentation in accordance with Swisslog’s standards.
  • You have the chance to contribute to the development of configurators.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

  • Proven project management experience, ideally in intralogistics.
  • Experience with project management tools like MS Project.
  • Strong customer focus with strategic thinking.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in team settings.
  • University degree in business management or Engineering.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
  • Successful track record in managing sales projects.
  • Competitive and goal-oriented.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments, embracing shared goals.
