Description:

The Proposal Manager will co-ordinate and produce the proposal (RFI, PPQ, ITT, RFP etc.) response by assembling a proposal team that has the right skills to create compliant and compelling proposals that effectively communicate the value of the Peppermint product.
This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working across multiple teams to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the application of proposal process and governance, as well as content management.:

  • Work with the sales team to capture proposal requirements, define winning proposal strategies, and define proposal plans that will deliver high-quality outcomes for our customers.
  • Create a positive proposal environment by working collaboratively with sales, marketing, product teams, professional service, support, finance, and our external counsel to prepare and submit winning proposals on time.
  • Deliver high-quality proposals by coaching the virtual teams in the application of persuasive writing skills and proposal best practice, e.g., the ability to define win themes with a sales team, storyboard a proposal, as well as create simple yet persuasive graphics that promote key themes to prospects.
  • Support and inform the pricing process so that it is aligned to the requirements of your proposal and guide the sales team through business approval processes.
  • Produce professional and impactful proposals across a range of formats, typically leveraging Microsoft Office / Adobe InDesign / Canva.
  • Drive efficiency within the proposal process by managing reusable proposals and content using the Companies Content Management System (Loopio).
