POSITION OVERVIEW

TopRight is seeking a dynamic Proposal Writer & New Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the agency’s new business efforts by leading the development and management of proposals, responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, and by supporting the overall new business workflow. The ideal candidate will not only craft compelling content in a professional and engaging tone but will also take ownership of managing our CRM system and contribute to inside sales efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2-3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content that aligns with brand voice.
• Experience managing CRM systems and supporting new business development.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and driving results.

What We Offer:
