Description:

The Proposals Manager is a national role accountable for managing and co-ordinating the production of the tender response for various bids within the Pre-Contracts team within our Rail & Technology Systems business.
We are flexible for this role to be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
This position would suit an experienced Proposal Coordinator/Manager ready to take ownership of our Proposals function.

REQUIREMENTS TO BE SUCCESSFUL.

  • Demonstrated experience in production of tender documents, ideally in the rail, construction, or project-based large infrastructure organisation.
  • Bid Writing experience would be highly regarded.
  • Experience using InDesign would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the relevant governance processes are adhered to and opportunities for improvement are communicated. Support the business in the development of capture, pursuit and bid strategy.
  • Ensure Tender Central or nominated Document Control System is used for the capture and storage of all opportunity management documentation and records.
  • Prepare client specific tender submission templates for each proposal in readiness for the collation of all incoming materials, ensuring all elements of the request have been met to ensure compliance with the tender conditions and tender development program.
  • Determine submission design/specialist print requirements including layout, folder artwork design, internal dividers etc
  • Distribute, update the tender/proposal program to ensure successful completion/delivery of submission response.
  • Assist in the final submission and tender/proposal for delivery to the prospective client
  • Assistance of day-to-day operations within the Business Development team and aid where required e.g. onboarding, office admin, project admin, external printing solutions/coordination.
