REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPOSITION MANAGER
- A strong and proven experience in Proposition Marketing management (5yrs+)
- B2B marketing background ideally in the tech sector
- Excellent understanding of market research and customer insight techniques.
- Experience in developing and executing international/global go to market strategies, ideally in the technology space
- Exceptional and confident stakeholder management at a senior and multi-discipline level
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Innovative and creative thinker
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate customer-centric value propositions for hardware and software products, aligned with market needs and company strategy.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using insights and data to inform proposition development.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, design, and content teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of propositions.
- Develop messaging frameworks and promotional materials for international markets.
- Lead the development of a robust go-to-market methodology and create go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Track and measure proposition performance, refining based on feedback and data.
- Engage key stakeholders to gather input and ensure buy-in, and present strategies and performance updates to senior management.
