ABOUT YOU

You will possess an analytical mind who puts the customer at the heart of your work with a background within Financial Services, ideally within a Propositions role or a role that involved working closely with the market offer available to consumers.
You will have experience of investment products and funds, ideally also with experience of a range of other products such as pensions and protection plans. You will have had success in delivering and driving results ideally including developing and managing propositions and products.
Using your strong communication skills, you will have the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholder of all levels as well as being able to effectively present information and influence outcomes and decisions.
You possess an inquisitive mindset, always seeking to understand the deeper context behind the data/information in front of you.

You will also demonstrate the following:

• Good data skills, with the ability to not only analyse information but also question its implications and drive actionable recommendations
• A proactive purposeful attitude, taking initiative to identify opportunities and solve problems
• You demonstrate excellent organisational skills, effectively managing tasks and priorities to meet deadlines

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Propositions Consultant to join NFU Mutual in our Financial Services Propositions team, just outside Stratford-Upon Avon.
Reporting into the Investments Propositions Manager, you will acts as the voice of the customer focusing on our investment products and funds. You’ll develop, enhance, and manage our Investment proposition to ensure that we’re effectively identifying and meeting the needs of our target customers - and, in turn, helping NFU Mutual Financial Services business to deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
This role not only offers great variety in the work you will be doing, but also the opportunity to get creative.
A key part of this role will be to will contribute to or lead projects that review existing propositions, ensuring they meet customer needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives while managing customer conduct risks effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the wider range of propositions that support our Financial Services business as it develops the product and services it offers to customers.
As a Propositions Consultant your role will involve advising and supporting colleagues on product propositions, overseeing marketing communications, and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful and compliant delivery of business plans.
