Description:
Location: The Speechmark, London + Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

WHO YOU ARE
- Thorough understanding of the Consumer Mobile market, including working within a senior proposition and/or product role related to this market.
- Exceptional influencing skills, right up to Director level.
- Track record of insight-led delivery, including a flawless execution record where you put the customer at the heart of the change.
- Ability to champion the voice of your customer within the business to drive effective decision making.
- An excellent people leader, able to demonstrate ability to develop others and create high performance teams.

Key accountabilities:
- Define and deliver the Mobile proposition roadmap, including defining the customer experience based on customer insight and commercial needs.
- Lead the key portfolio deliveries. This includes driving key partners to ensure a flawless execution from a technical, commercial and customer point of view.
- Understand and be a strong voice to shape the desired Customer experience, whilst balancing commercial budgets.
- Manage team capacity to support supply and demand of new/existing proposition deliveries.
- People manager for a team of Proposition Delivery managers – responsible for their performance, career development, and job satisfaction
Responsibilities:
The Propositions Delivery Lead will be responsible for defining and prioritising the Mobile Propositions roadmap. The products that fall within this remit are across Growth, Convergence and Core mobile propositions.
As the Proposition Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for delivering the Mobile roadmap, and/or enhancing our current portfolio experience, working closely, and influencing our key delivery partners, such as IT and Digital and driving through end-to-end delivery.
