Responsibilities:

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Support full life cycle and implementation of strategic projects to enhance each proposition as determined by group or local business.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management through building and maintaining key relationships with Channels, Product, Marketing and Compliance to help deliver Premier, International and Personal Banking Solutions.
  • Deliver complex financial analysis to a range of stakeholders in support of strategic planning, forecasting, segment insights, cost/benefit analysis and wider business updates.
  • Manage the Continuous Monitoring and Propositions Risk & Control activities to ensure all propositions are de-risked.
  • Develop and implement new proposition and / or service features linked to customer segments to attract and retain active customers in key targets segments.
  • Enhance product agnostic processes, customer journeys and customer experience to deliver improvements in key portfolio measures such as customer product holdings, retention, engagement and digital activity.
    Requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, including the ability to analyse data and interpret trends to provide recommendations to the business including support of portfolio forecasting and business planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance
  • Ability to translate Group strategy into viable WPB initiatives and to plot a route map for the business to deliver.
  • Able to form collaborative working arrangements with stakeholders and provide effective communications, especially with Channels.
    Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
