A TALENT POOL MAY BE CREATED FOR FUTURE ROLES AND WILL REMAIN VALID FOR 18 MONTHS.

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with relevant post -registration qualifications and at least 3 years experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with others, and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to mentor and coach nursing staff to enhance professional development
  • Demonstrated ability in leading and initiating activities to improve service delivery and patient clinical outcomes
  • Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Current NSW driver’s licence and ability and willingness to travel for work purpose
