We specialise in providing life insurance solutions, generating a high volume of customer inquiries nationwide through various online marketing activities. We are seeking a confident and customer-focused professional to join our team and assist clients in selecting the best life insurance cover for their needs.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking candidates with:
Experience: At least 2 years in financial services or insurance. Strong administrative and phone-based customer service experience is essential.
Skills:
Excellent PC proficiency, including MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure compliance in a regulated environment.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Protection Insurance Advisor, you will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, advising them on the most suitable life insurance policy solutions. With full product training provided, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of service while ensuring compliance with Central Bank regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise customers on protection policies, including Mortgage Protection, Life Cover, and Income Protection.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Central Bank regulations.
Stay informed of developments in the financial services sector relevant to the role.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
