HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

Arkos Health is seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator. The Provider Relations Coordinator will be responsible for providing support and assistance to the Provider Relations Department. This person must be exceedingly well organized and flexible. The Provider Relations Administrative Coordinator requires strong work experience within each function, extreme confidentiality, ability to multi-task, and work unsupervised.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ability to build strong and positive provider relationships
  • Coordinates Provider Network communication of critical information to providers, plan updates through email/fax blasts, monthly packets and other communications; Responsible for verification, proofing and overall quality of Provider Network communications
  • Assists in the development, coordination and implementation of provider related activities such as Provider Academies, Physician Dinners, etc
  • Support the department in the investigation and resolution of administrative concerns
  • Create processes and systems in order to maintain, monitor, track, and report provider data accurately
  • Prepare department meeting agendas in advance; arrange meeting facility/space; serve as recording secretary; and prepare action minutes timely following the department meeting
  • Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of provider networks and providers’ needs; serves as expert consultant and resource to team members in identifying and resolving provider issues by demonstrating a high level of customer service
  • Assists Director of Provider Relations with scheduling on & off-site meetings w/various departments and/or provider offices as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma or relevant equivalent experience
  • Experience as a data coordinator or similar role
  • Experience with administrative software (Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Planner, Forms, Teams and Adobe)
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate meaningful insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related issues
