Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Provider Team is the bridge that connects Sidecar Health members to their healthcare providers. We’re growing our team and looking for warm, passionate people to join us and help deliver the best, most transparent member experience in healthcare. Your job as a Provider Research Analyst will be to analyze your designated market’s provider landscape to provide transparent recommendations for how Sidecar Health members should access affordable healthcare.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support members accessing affordable healthcare for your assigned market and/or service domain by researching provider prices
  • Partner with geographic and market leaders on member self-service initiatives and operational scaling initiatives
  • Become a subject matter expert of accessing healthcare through Sidecar Health, partnering with Provider Strategy leadership to develop and edit comprehensive tools and guides that are up to date on changes and trends
  • Facilitate positive working relationships with providers by assessing pricing, access, and member experience to ensure quality care resources are readily available
