Description:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Ensuring the availability of partially and fully automated production systems
- Supervision of production processes and workflows
- Analysis of existing processes
- Initiating and implementing improvement activities for quality and productivity enhancement (CIP/KAIZEN)
- Responsibility for planning, execution, and evaluation of production trials
- Collaboration with adjacent department
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Successfully completed engineering studies in production or process technology, technician qualification, or equivalent
- First practical experience is desirable
SKILLS:
- Proficient in using MS Office and basic knowledge of CAD is advantageous
- You can communicate well in both German and English
- Analytical abilities and a selfdirected, goal-oriented work approach
- Teamplayer combined with a high level of commitment
