Title: Professional Service Manager
As a PS Manager you will be responsible for managing projects to implement new products for financial institutions. The PS Manager will be responsible for directly managing the team of project managers, the project pipeline of the team, and working with leadership to drive priorities. In addition, the PS Manager will be responsible of the overall Professional Services P&L of the country, as be responsible for selling Professional Services and its developed solutions to our customers. The person will work with Sales Account Managers on forecasting, account strategy, and planning and participate in the development, presentation, and sales propositions.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Manage project pipeline
  • Develop and track KPIs in tandem with leadership
  • Drive project execution such that annual country targets are met on revenue and profit
  • Work with Project Managers to remove blockers and solve issues
  • Engage with customers when appropriate to assist with difficult projects
  • Escalate issues within the organization, working with leadership as appropriate
  • Ensure the PM team is delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Drive annual projects and improvement initiatives
  • Refine, improve, and create processes the PM team will use
  • Understand internal influences in the organization
  • Understand what’s important to the project and priorities
  • Directly supervise employees providing coaching, development feedback, and handling quarterly performance reviews
  • Encourages successful communication among team members
  • Opportunity creation and upselling existing Professional Services offerings around operational outsourcing, security advisories, development outsourcing, customized system development on large scale networks in the Financial, Government, ecommerce, Switching and security domain.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in computer Science
  • 6-8 years’ experience managing a team of professional Services consultants and overseeing the day-to-day activities.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in the Digital Banking industry
  • Natural leadership abilities to encourage and drive the team to success
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience with complex project management
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to recognize high-level opportunities for improvement and change
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow up and tracking skills
  • Ability to develop senior level business relationships
  • Ability to articulate the value of a complex solution sale in technical terms to support our customer experience platforms
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstrates proactive leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas consistently
  • Be reliable, enthusiastic and have a ‘can-do’ attitude towards achieving objectives.
