We are proud to be launching a new state-of-the-art technology facility in Dublin, Ireland. The Dublin-based team will play a critical role in our continued digital transformation and will function as a center of excellence for SiriusXM’s global Product and Technology organization.
SiriusXM’s new Dublin facility will comprise a workforce primarily focused on software development, automotive technology and engineering, AdTech, data science, and analytics. Talent based in the new technology hub will be charged with developing and implementing best-in-class standards for high-quality, scalable software deliveries for SiriusXM’s streaming and in-vehicle audio entertainment platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Execute enterprise-wide release management, including preparing ceremony with engineering and product for discovery, definition, planning, and implementation review
- Collaborate with the Product Operations team in launch operations execution, planning/process standardization, and communications/learnings
- Partner with product, engineering, IT and Security to define and maintain service level configuration database to provide reference for incident resolution and release communications
- Execute enterprise-wide incident command to drive resolution for production disruptions, and review model that improves upon technical issue resolution and stakeholder response
- Execute problem management, including Identifying root cause of incidents and partnering with engineering to implement preventative measures
- Improve program focus on ensuring operational excellence and maturity at scale
- Drive a culture of innovation and be an agent of change.
- Cultivate a culture that rewards aggressive pursuit of innovative solutions to problems
- Be responsive to the business in proposing and developing new products and services
