Description:

AXA Partners Mexico is looking for a PSP Analyst.
Dimensions of Role
Support clients in a timely manner with everything related to AXA’s organizational structure and have extensive knowledge of Global. HR tools to keep them up to date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze in detail the requests received by Local HR to make sure that the information is accurate.
  • Execute effectively the requests received by Local HR.
  • Execute the requests within the established timeframes (SLA’s).
  • Elaborate standardized and customized reports for Local HR. (Such as HR, IT, OPS, Finance, among others).
  • Propose improvements for the PSP processes to provide a better, simpler, and more agile service to our customers.
  • Correct operation and maintenance of AXA HR global systems (Oracle (YES Core), Taleo (YES Learning), Group Directory, Neocase (My HR Portal), among others.

Your Profile

Education, Professional Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s or specialization in HR.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years within the shared services model.
  • Advanced level of English mandatory.
  • Desirable intermediate level of Portuguese.
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge mandatory.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) - (SAP, Oracle).
  • Desirable: Knowledge of ITSM tools (IT Service Management) – (SNOW, SILVA, OTRS)
