QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or working experience in related area
  • 5+ years of experience in related fields (i.e., health insurance, strategy consultation)
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Experience working across multiple Asian markets
  • Healthcare or health insurance experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking, paired with strong focus on execution
  • Ability to measure effectiveness of deliverables and adapt for improvements
  • Able to work cross-functionally and identify synergy among teams
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Strategic planning, implementation and transformational support:

  • Support the translation of Prudential’s overarching health strategy into specific execution plans (roadmaps, milestones, deliverables)
  • Support and organize the execution of specific, complex and critical health projects between LBUs and Group Health

Stakeholder engagement and resource management:

  • Manage finance and budgeting of health initiatives for business case governance and in the yearly and three-year business plan, including funds drawdown both at the Group center and LBU level
  • Communicate execution plans and target operating model with key stakeholders in the organization and with Prudential’s other strategic pillars/enablers (customer, distribution, finance, product development, operations etc.) and agree on interdependencies and shared outcomes
  • Coordinates internal (Group center and LBUs) and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget; identify risks and flags impediments, and escalates to appropriate levels where needed
  • Support building out of a new target operating model that redefines the way that Group and LBUs work together to deliver on health initiatives
  • Work with Group center and LBUs to execute vendor partnership agreements and conduct the required commercial due diligence
  • Partner with internal and external technology teams to support the design and delivery of a strategic technology roadmap aimed at building the required digital health capabilities

Performance monitoring and reporting:

  • Put in place a framework to monitor progress against initiative targets and outcomes and propose action plans to improve organization results if deemed necessary
  • Support regular review and analysis of performance data/ report to identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making
