Description:

Job Purpose

With strong team working skills, you will be able to demonstrate the values that are important to us, communicating well with both colleagues and patients. You should have the vision and ability to help move the service forward, while getting the best out of your colleagues and team and will never compromise on quality, treating others with respect and dignity.
We believe in accountability, but we also believe in shared responsibility - so you will have plenty of peer support too working as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
