Description:
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments and therapy for individuals and groups with a range of complex mental health challenges.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to collaboratively develop care plans for service users.
- Offer training and supervision to colleagues, and provide consultation to teams.
- Contribute to the development and evaluation of the service, ensuring high standards of care.
- Conduct clinical research and present findings through conferences and publications.
