QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Qualified to bachelors degree level or above in the subject taught
  • Qualified Teacher Status

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

  • Minimum of two years’ experience teaching UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 3 and IGCSE.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience teaching IB Diploma Programme at SL and HL, or A-level.
  • Demonstrable evidence of innovating and adapting curricular to engage children and enable them to perform highly.
  • Working in partnership with parents.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • The drive to continually strive for improvement
  • A flexible approach to changing circumstances

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

All our students – from Early Years Foundation Stage through to IGCSEs and A-levels – follow the English National Curriculum. The successful candidate will be able to inspire students of all ages and abilities. Classroom resources are plentiful, and expectations are high for achievement for all students. Building and maintaining positive relationships with parents is essential and is a key part of maximising student progress. More detail about the role and requirements can be found in the accompanying job description. The start date for this position is August 2025.
