WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking a self-motivated psychotherapist who shows initiative and thrives in a team-based environment. You’ll bring your expertise to a diverse caseload of paediatric and adult clients, working alongside a fantastic team of Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Teachers of the Deaf, and our supportive Customer Service Team. You will develop relevant programs to support clients and their carers, and develop educational teams in their knowledge in supporting students with a range of presentations. You will organise and run our counselling student placement programs as a supervisor
Responsibilities:
Deliver strength-based services, including evidence-based therapies and wellbeing interventions, tailored to the needs of the client.
Engage clients using appropriate strengths-based approaches and risk minimisation processes.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Actively participate in individual and group supervision in addition to professional development activities.
Program development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Uphold organisational values and policies while maintaining a commitment to quality service delivery.
Organise your time effectively to manage a caseload, achieve individual KPIs, and deliver high-quality care
