Description
This role plays a critical part in assisting our customers with the usage of our technology. As our front-line resource, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our customers receive warm, knowledgeable, and helpful support. REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of work experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles
A proven track record of providing outstanding customer experiences
Proficient written and verbal skills
Experience working in platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Slack
A flexible schedule - some nights and weekends will be needed
A patient, empathetic, and clear communicator
Calm and collected under pressure
Organized and with an eye for detail and an aptitude for process

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a high volume of incoming emails and social messages
Ensure customer needs are met and provide the highest level of service
Delegate specific customer needs to other client teams
Ensure each support issue and resolution is well documented
Manage relationships with all CX vendors
Surprise and delight our customers
