To strengthen our FinOps in Breda (NL), we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Intern.
By joining our team, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of accounts receivable and auction management. You will develop essential skills in financial processing, customer service, and effective communication, all while contributing to the success of our organization.
As an accounts receivable intern, you will join us for a duration of 6 months, during which you will have the valuable opportunity to spend one week with our Accounts Payable team. This cross-functional experience will provide you with a holistic understanding of our financial operations, ensuring you gain a well-rounded perspective on our organization.
HERE IS WHAT YOU BRING:
You are a motivated student with a strong affinity for numbers and data. Your independent, structured and detail-oriented nature is your working style. You are always looking for new ways to grow as a person and within your area of expertise. On top of that, you never lose your sense of humor. Furthermore, you have:
- Studying Finance or Accounting on HBO/ BSc/ MSc level
- Advanced MS Office Skills
- Fluent/Advanced English
- Availability for at least 6 months (starting from September 1st)
Responsibilities:
- Process refunds
- Make debt- and credit memos for tax deposits
- Help with Cash-issues together with the CM department
- Apply cash and credit memos to invoices
- Assist with invoices for the invoicing-team
- Run reports
During your internship, you will have the chance to make an impact. We challenge you to use your fresh thoughts and come up with potential process improvements.
